I neede a home inspector for a house I was trying to buy, I hired Dj with D&j Inspections and I am glad I did!!! He was on time (which was good cause the home owner is cranky) he was very thorough, and took lots of pictures. He sent me an email with a very detailed report and all the pictures. After I received his email I realized I the roof needed to be redone. Because I had his report I was able to negotiate on the home price, which was a huge relief. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
