What do you inspect at the house?
During a home inspection the home inspector will look at the homes HVAC system, interior plumbing and electrical systems, roof, attic, floors, windows and doors, the foundation, and structures.
Do I have to be present for the inspection?
No you do not have to be present
Do you inspect pools?
Being that we are in southern California, yes! We do inspect pools as almost everyone has one
Why is a home inspection necessary?
They aren't required by law but are in place for your protection. It will give you peace of mind that comes from knowing the true condition of the home you are purchasing.
